Omelette in Gurgaon

Its rainy day in gurgaon so decided to make Omelette  Now, my culinary skills are always doubted by my friends and I've been told that I take undue credit 😝
 so aside from laying the eggs, growing the veggies, and cutting them, everything else was done by me (including taking the picture)... and it's obvious it was me who ate the omelette as well.

Civil Lines Bhature waala

Finally went to Civil Lines Bhature waala. Unfortunately they were over by the time we went. Tried rajma chaawal, choor choor naan platter and normal thaali. Good stuff, exempt that choor choor naan wasn't the real thing. The owner acknowledged and said it takes time and given the rush they can't serve it. Point taken but then why should you charge extra if you can't serve.

Biryani at idris chowk Lucknow , with every bite the only thought that came to mind is why don't anyone at gurgaon serves biryani little close to this.
Mildly spiced full of flavours and mutton cooked to melting texture ...
