Changezi Chicken does not need any introduction. If u are a chicken lover your taste buds must know the flavor or if not I am sure you must have at least heard about it.
So, after hearing a lot..I literally mean A LOT about changezi chicken, the place as well as the dish, I finally thought of doing the honors. I headed up to the Pitampura outlet which is actually a small shop and a dingy place to sit at the first site. There was no proper sitting space just a few plastic stools in the open market area.
Being a girl, definitely has its perks. The server told me they have introduced an air conditioned family sitting area and without second thoughts I made myself comfortable there.
I ordered for but of course the much raved Changezi chicken (half) with Khamiri Roti.

Khamiri Roti is a fermented refined flour bread cooked in tandoor. It was crisp yet soft, had no taste of its own. It looked very cute to me, a fluffy white roti almost resembling pita bread.

Chicken dish on the other hand was loaded with ghee. It was like chicken swimming in ghee. People say its spicy but I did not find it spicy and personally I did not like the gravy much. It rather tasted weird to me and although I might sound crazy to you people but it tasted like saag to me.

Overall it was an OK kind of experience.
